Cancellation Policy
Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a rescheduling fee. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, please contact our office as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
